

The Problem
For my thesis, I spent months researching how stress impacts individuals and the effects of prolonged stress if untreated. However, there are limited organizational tools to help minimize the issue, and current tools tend to be generic and wasteful.
The Solution
My solution includes a brand to build organizational tools, a website that would provide consumers the ability to customize, and the planners/books including the organizational layouts. The customization would provide different themes and sizes, and options of tools that they feel is necessary to their lifestyle.

The Process
Over the past eight months, copious amounts of research, both written and visual, have been conducted in order to get a better understanding on stress and how I can build a product that can help solve this issue.
In the designing phase, a proceeded to build a brand that revolved around positivity to convey an uplifting emotion. This was done visually through colour, type and graphics.
To give consumers the ability to customize, pre-made themes were built to provide options and guidance during that phase. Themes like minimalistic, neutral, bohemian and retro were designed.

The logo was created in an arc shape to provide movement throughout the various deliverables, relative to living a healthy lifestyle.
The colour palette used pastel hues that communicate positivity, while remaining comfortable and soft.
The typefaces used, Kindred + Apercu, were chosen based on their playful spirit, similarly to a handwritten font. This helped communicate the nature of the products.
